2. Visiting this website
This website is hosted exclusively on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open a page, your browser automatically sends technical data to Cloudflare's servers. This can include:
- Your IP address
- Date and time of your visit
- The page you open and the website you came from
- Your browser and operating system
This data is needed to deliver the website to you and to keep it secure and stable. It is not used to identify you and is not combined with other data. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Contact via WhatsApp and Instagram
The WhatsApp and Instagram buttons on this website are simple links. No data is sent to WhatsApp or Instagram until you click one of them. After that, the privacy policies of these services apply: WhatsApp and Instagram (both run by Meta).
If you send Jos a message, he uses the information you share, for example your name, phone number, travel dates and group size, only to answer your request and to organize your tour. The legal basis is the preparation and fulfilment of your booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your data is not sold or used for advertising. It is only shared with others when this is needed for your tour, for example with a partner guide or for transport you asked Jos to arrange.
5. Links to other websites
This website contains links to other websites, for example Google Maps or the Indonesian immigration office. We have no influence on how these websites handle your data. Their own privacy policies apply.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Ask which personal data about you is stored
- Have incorrect data corrected
- Have your data deleted, or its use restricted
- Object to the use of your data
- Receive your data in a common format
- Complain to a data protection authority, for example in the country where you live
